Manage your application security stack effectively with the tool status page

Introduction
GitHub has launched a tool status page for code scanning, which enables developers to manage their application security stack easily. With a variety of application security tools available, developers may find it challenging to balance multiple tools. The tool status page provides detailed information about security tools that upload results to code scanning, making it easy to identify any issues that need attention.
Accessing the Tool Status Page
To access the feature, developers need to click the new "tool status" button at the top of the code scanning page. A tool status is visible when at least one analysis has been run with that tool on the repository's default branch. Three possible statuses of each tool are not working, needs attention, or working. Developers can still see the scan results even if there is a tool status alert.
Reviewing the Tool Status
When developers click the tool status button, a view of the tools running appears in the "Tools" sidebar, with "needs attention" represented by a yellow icon and "not working" represented by a red icon. Clicking into each tool offers a deeper understanding of what needs to be fixed.
