Title: Microsoft 365 Developer Program instant sandbox service restored

Summary: The issue related to Microsoft 365 Developer Program instant sandboxes has been resolved. New members can now sign in to their subscriptions. If you set up an instant sandbox after October 1st, 2023, please reset your admin password to regain access to your subscription. Members who chose a configurable sandbox instead of an instant sandbox are not affected by this issue. Apologies for any inconvenience.
