Outlook REST API v2.0 and beta endpoints decommissioning update

• Microsoft has announced the decommissioning of Outlook REST API v2.0 and corresponding beta endpoints.
• The final decommissioning date is set for March 31st, 2024.
• After this date, calls to these endpoints will result in a HTTP 404 (Not Found error) with a deprecation message in the error response.
• Users are advised to transition to Microsoft Graph as soon as possible.
• Outlook add-ins using Outlook REST will not be affected by this change.
• Microsoft believes this change will improve security, reliability, and performance for users.
