Visual Studio 17.8 now available!

Visual Studio 17.8 has been released and includes several new features and enhancements. Here are some of the highlights:

- The Teams Toolkit now includes new options for creating apps for Microsoft Teams.
- Various enhancements have been made to the C# and .NET development experience, including improvements to the Debugging and Diagnostics tools and new IntelliTest features.
- The SQL Server Data Tools have been upgraded to MDS 5.0, and other improvements have been made.
